“RARA Haïti" Carnival Benefit.
12th of February 2010.
The people of Amsterdam are organizing a benefit for Haïti housing. The
theme of the party will be; Haitian Carnival or MardiGras called: “RARA” that celebrates love and life for the people of Haiti...
All earnings of this benefit will go toward housing on Haïti via
www.earthship.net, which will provide housing and utilities to individuals
for life.
Event Description: A 100% benefit Party. All earnings go toward the
community cause of building eco houses on Haïti. All attendees of this party
will directly contribute to teaching the Haitian people how to build their own homes, which are completely self sufficient and ecological. We have
contacted the Earthship Biotecture organization www.earthship.net to
participate with their project in March 2010 on Haïti and we will help, both
financially and physically! All the staff, DJ’s and performers are working & playing for free. All the drinks, acts, games and entrance fees will also contribute to the cause.
